B Grove24 Gazetteer

About & Editorial Notes

Grove24 is a curated web index — a hand-maintained gazette of websites organised into twenty-two subject sectors. It was built on a simple premise: the open web is easier to navigate when sites are catalogued clearly, without algorithmic ranking or commercial interference.

Each entry in the Grove24 index is recorded with a domain, title, and short description. The twenty-two sectors range from broad territories like the General Ledger and Gaming Columns to more focused registers such as the Land Parcels chart and the Credentials Gazetteer. Within each column, entries are listed alphabetically by domain, making it straightforward to scan a sector and compare what is indexed there.

The index accepts submissions from any legitimate website. Once submitted, each site is reviewed before it appears in the gazette — a step that keeps the ledger accurate and relevant over time. There is no charge to submit a listing, and no commercial criteria influence which sites are recorded. Sites are listed because they exist and operate in the relevant sector, not because they have paid for prominence.

Grove24 does not claim to be a complete map of the web. The 833 entries currently indexed represent a working survey — useful for research, comparison, and discovery, but always open to expansion. The Add a Site form is the primary route for new entries, and the gazette is updated as submissions are reviewed and approved.

The index was designed for visitors who want to survey a sector quickly, find a specific type of service provider, or simply browse the open web in an organised format. If you find a site that should be listed, the form is the place to start.
